This way of working gives you space to explore, think, vocalise and discover what is best for you. You may not even know what that is at the beginning - we are often so lost in opinions, judgements, and influences that it can be difficult to work through issues. This client-centred environment allows you the freedom to think with no interference, often bringing clarity.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, psychotherapy that helps people process and recover from distressing life experiences, including trauma, anxiety, and negative beliefs.
EMDR helps the brain reprocess these memories so they feel less intense and no longer disrupt your present life.
A key part of EMDR involves bilateral stimulation—usually guided eye movements, which supports the brain in processing information more adaptively.

A few years ago I was forced to move my practice from in-person sessions to online sessions due to the pandemic.
When lockdown was lifted, almost all of my clients requested to continue having therapy online, discovering that they found no negative impact on the therapy. In fact, they enjoyed the ease of fitting sessions into their daily lives with less stress due to travelling etc.
As a result, I now work solely online via Zoom.
